Delivery Policy:

Estimated Delivery Time:

caliber aim to process & deliver all orders within 4-7 working days. No deliveries will be made on Sunday or public holidays.

Order Tracking:

We will update your order with the tracking information.

Delivery Rates and Destinations:

We deliver all over Pakistan without any delivery charges or fee. Only Free testers or samples are subject to a delivery charge of 190Rs.

Out of Stock:

All orders are subject to availability. 

Cash on Delivery:

We offer this option in Pakistan only. 

Special Instructions:

There is a text box at the check out to add any notes or special instructions to your order.

Damaged Goods: 

If you receive your order and it has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@caliber.com.pk so we can resolve the issue.
