Policies and Guidelines

At CALIBER, your satisfaction with our products is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

• Perfume consumption exceeding 5% will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
• The product pick-up and exchange dispatch may take 5 to 10 days (excluding holidays).
• The 14-day return window will commence from the Delivery Date.
• Be sure to inspect your order upon receipt of the parcel. Contact us immediately for any wrong, damaged, or defective products.
• We offer free doorstep returns, excluding instances of change of mind or customer error. In such cases, a one-way fee of 150 PKR or a two-way shipping fee of 240 PKR will apply, depending on the situation.
• Customized items are exempt from our return and exchange policy.
• Once the return is received, it will be inspected and verified for the refund process within 48 working hours.
• Pack of 2ml, 5ml & 10ml are not refundable.
• Customized Orders can be priced extra, please confirm the price first.
• Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value.
• Packaging fee is 80 pkr, and free testers are valued at 240 pkr. The corresponding amounts will be deducted per Item, from the refund if the packaging is opened or the testers have been used.

Online Payments:

•  Caliber will never request Payment to an Individual Account. Please check the Account Title "CALIBER PAKISTAN" (already mentioned on website) before transferring money. Report immediately if anyone asks you to send payment to any account other than Caliber's official Account. The Brand will not be responsible for transactions made to personal or unauthorised accounts
