I had ordered 5ml fragrances which were received in perfect condition, and the scents are also good. However, you should have provided these fragrances in a proper large box. Even if not a hard box, at least a standard one. When receiving a product, the customer feels happy. According to you, these are testers, but I’ve seen some brands give even small bottles in proper packaging. Spending a little extra on this won’t cause any loss. And it's not like I bought something worth just 200 or 400 rupees that you’re treating it this way—as if only when someone buys full-sized perfumes, they'll get proper packaging. I paid 1450 rupees, which is enough to get a decent perfume. Even high-quality attars come in this price. So please invest a bit in your business. Packaging should be appealing, not just the product itself.
